Robert H. Smith先生自2005年9月出任安森美半导体董事会成员。Smith先生自Novellus Systems Inc.退休，曾担当财务与行政执行副总裁、首席财政官的职务。Smith先生也曾出任Novellus董事会成员直至他在2002年退休。加入Novellus公司前，Smith先生于1994年担任半导体测试设备制造商Micro Component Technology Inc.的董事会董事长。1986至1990年期间，他为Maxwell Graphics Inc.总裁。1982至1986年期间，Smith先生在Maxwell Communications of North America Corp.与R.R.
