HCPL4502M、HCPL4503M、HCPL2503M、6N135M、6N136M、HCPL2530M和HCPL2531M光电耦合器包含耦合高速光电检测器晶体管的AlGaAs LED。 通过降低输入晶体管的基极-集电极电容,单独连接实现光电二极管偏压使速度比传统光电晶体管光电耦合器提高数个级别。 HCPL4503M不会内部连接到光电晶体管基极,有助于改善抗噪能力,内部噪声屏蔽提供一流的共模抑制性能,高达50,000V/µs。
