6N137M、HCPL2601M、HCPL2611M 单沟道和 HCPL2630M、HCPL2631M 双沟道包含一个 850 nm AlGaAS LED,与带有可调谐输出的极高速集成式光电探测器逻辑门级进行光耦合。此输出具有一个开路集电极,允许有线 OR 输出。耦合参数在 -40°C 至 +85°C 的温度范围内可得以保证。最高 5mA 的输入信号提供最小 13mA 的输出汲电流(扇出 8)。内部噪声屏蔽提供卓越的共模抑制,通常为 10kV/µs。HCPL2601M 和 HCPL2631M 的最低 CMR 为 5kV/µs。HCPL2611M 的最低 CMR 为 10kV/µs。
