VHC245 是一款先进的高速 CMOS 八路总线收发器，采用硅门极 CMOS 工艺制造。它能实现与同等双极肖特基 TTL 相似的高速运行，同时还保持 CMOS 低功耗。VHC245 适用于数据总线间的双向异步通信。数据传输方向由 T/R# 输入电平确定。启用输入可用于禁用器件，从而有效隔离总线。所有输入配备保护电路，防止静电放电。
