VHC273 是一款先进的高速 CMOS 八路 D 型触发器,采用硅门极 CMOS 工艺制造。它能实现与同等双极肖特基 TTL 相似的高速运行,同时还保持 CMOS 低功耗。该寄存器具有一个完全边沿触发的公用缓冲时钟 (CP)。每个 D 输入的状态,在从低电平至高电平时钟转换之前的一个设置时间内被传送到相应触发器的 Q 输出。主重置 (MR#) 输入将同时清除所有触发器。所有输出将被 MR# 输入上的低电平电压电平强制为低电平,而不受时钟或数据输入的影响。输入保护电路可确保对输入引脚应用 0V 到 7V 电压而无需考虑电源电压。此器件可用作 5V 系统与 3V 系统以及两种电源系统的接口,如备用电池。此电路可防止器件由于不匹配的供电和输入电压而损坏。
