VHC374A是一款采用硅栅极CMOS技术制造的先进的高速CMOS八路触发器,带3态输出。 它实现了与等效双极型肖特基TTL相似的高速运行,同时保持了CMOS低功耗。 该8位D型触发器由一个时钟输入(CP)和一个输出使能输入(OE#)控制。 当OE#输入为高电平时,八个输出处于高阻抗状态。 输入保护电路确保0到7V可施加到输入和输出(注1)引脚,而不管电源电压如何。 此器件可用于连接5V至3V系统和两个电源系统(例如备用电池)。 此电路可防止器件因电源和输入电压不匹配而受损。
