EEPROM Memory | CAT25320
概览
CAT25320 是一款 EEPROM 串行 32-Kb SPI 器件，内部组织为 4096x8 位。它具有 32 字节写入缓冲区，支持串行外围接口 (SPI) 协议。该器件通过芯片选择 (CS) 启用。另外，必备总线信号为时钟输入 (SCK)、数据输入 (SI) 和数据输出 (SO) 线。HOLD 输入可用于暂停与 CAT25320 器件的任何串行通信。该器件具有软硬件写保护功能，包括部分保护和全阵列保护。

- 1,000,000 program/erase cycles
- 100 year data retention
- Industrial temperature range
- Block write protection - Protect 1/4, 1/2 or all of EEPROM array
- Low power CMOS technology
- RoHS-compliant SOIC, TSSOP 8-lead and UDFN 8-pad packages
