CAT34C02 是一款用于 DDR2 DIMM 的 EEPROM 串行 2-Kb SPD,内部组织为 16 页,每页 16 个字节,总共 256x8 位。它具有 16 字节页写入缓存,支持 Standard (100 kHz) 和 Fast (400 kHz) I2C 协议。写入操作可以通过将 WP 引脚置于高电平(保护整个内存)或通过软件命令设置内部写保护标志(保护内存的下半区)来禁止。除了永久性软件写保护之外,CAT34C02 还具有兼容 JEDEC 的可逆向软件写保护,用于基于 1.7 V 至 3.6 V 电源电压范围运行的 DDR2 顺序内存指示位检测 (SPD) 应用。CAT34C02 完全向后兼容之前基于 1.7 V 至 5.5 V 电源电压范围运行的 DDR1 SPD 应用。
