CAT4103 是一款 3 沟道、线性恒定电流 LED 驱动器，适用于 RGB LED 控制，无需电感器，提供低噪声运行。高达 175 mA 的 LED 沟道电流通过单独的外部电阻进行独立编程。175 mA 时 0.4 V 的低输出电压运行可在多种供电电压范围内实现功效更佳的设计。三个 LED 引脚可兼容最高 25 V 的高电压，支持带有多个 LED 串联的应用。 高速 4 线 25 MHz 串行接口使用移位寄存器和锁存配置控制每个沟道。输出数据引脚允许对多个器件进行级联，并通过一个串行接口进行编程，且无需外部驱动器，也无需考虑计时。该器件还包括了间隔控制引脚 (BIN)，可用于禁用所有沟道，而无论其接口如何。 该器件结合了高温关断保护，可在片温度超过 150°C 时禁用 LED 输出。
