概览

CAT4134 是一款大功率、双沟道升压转换器，提供两个匹配的 LED 电流。输出电流水平由两个电阻 RSET 或 RFLASH 控制。当 FLASH 输入引脚为低电平（电影模式）时，RSET 设置该电流。当 FLASH 为高电平（闪屏模式）时，电阻 RFLASH 设置 LED 电流。每个沟道驱动两个或三个串联的白色 LED，并提供调节电流，以控制其亮度。支持低至 3V 的输入电源，因此该器件适用于锂离子电池应用。高频率低噪声运行使得该器件能够使用很小的外部电感器和陶瓷电容器，而仍然能够保持卓越的能效。不使用时，可以通过关断引脚将该器件置于“零”静止模式。除了软启动控制和电流限制，CAT4134 还包括了高温关断保护。专用的过电压引脚 (OVP) 让用户能够限制最大 LED 电源电压。
