概览
CAT5271 是一款双 256 位线性锥化数字 POT，适用于替代机械电位计和可变电阻。弧刷设置通过一个 I2C 兼容数字接口控制。通电时，弧刷采用中间量程位置，电源稳定后可随时调整位置。该器件可进行编程，在运行期间进入关断状态。CAT5271 的运行范围为 2.7 V 至 5.5 V，消耗电流小于 2 µA。这种低运行电流，结合小封装占位，使得 CAT5273 适用于电池供电的便携式应用。CAT5271 设计用作 AD5248 的引脚对引脚替代产品，基于 -40°C - +85°C 工业温度范围运行。
