CM1223 系列二极管阵列适用于为需要最小电容负载的电子组件或子系统提供 ESD 保护。此类器件适用于保护具有较高数据和时钟速率的系统,或需要低电容负载的电路。每个 ESD 沟道均包括一对串联二极管,会将正或负 ESD 电流脉冲转向正 (VP) 或负 (VN) 电源轨。VP 和 VN 之间嵌入一个齐纳二极管,用于吸收正向 ESD 尖峰,以及为 VP 轨提供 ESD 保护。还集成了一个附加二极管,用作反驱电流保护。CM1223 会根据 IEC61000-4-2 标准针对最高 ±8kV 的 ESD 脉冲提供保护。另外,根据对于人体模型 (HBM) ESD 使用 MIL-STD-883D(方法 3015)规范,所有引脚可针对大于 ±15 kV 的接触放电提供保护。此类器件尤其适用于在可删除存储器、数码摄像机、DVD-RW 驱动器和其他需要以小封装占位实现极低负载电容和 ESD 保护的应用中,保护使用 USB 2.0、IEEE1394(Firewire®,iLink™)、Serial ATA、DVI、HDMI 和对应端口的系统。CM1223 系列器件符合 RoHS 标准,采用无引线封装。
