概览
CS8182 是一款单片集成式低漏跟踪稳压器，适用于紧密跟踪 (± 10 mV) 参比输入的可调缓冲输出电压。该输出可高达 200 mA，同时能够配置为高于、低于或等于参比电压。该输出设计为基于较宽范围（2.8 V 至 45 V）运行，且仍然能够保持绝佳的直流特性。CS8182 针对逆向电池、短路和热崩溃等情况进行了保护。该器件还能耐受 45 V 负载转储瞬变电压和 50 V 逆向极性瞬变输入电压。因此非常适用于汽车环境。VREF/ENABLE 引线具有两个用途。此器件用于将输入电压提供为输出参比，还可以拉低以便将器件置于睡眠模式，而它从电源获取的标称电流不到 30 µA。
