CS8361 是一款精确微功耗双稳压器,带 ENABLEbar 和 RESETbar。5V 待机输出准确度在 +/-2% 范围内,同时提供 100mA 负载,典型漏电压为 400mV。静电电流低,300µA 负载下的典型值为 140µA。有效 RESETbar 输出监控 5V 待机输出,并在通电期间和稳压器漏电压条件下将 RESETbar 线路保持在低电平。RESETbar 电路包括磁滞,保证待机输出上为 1V 时运行正常。第二个输出通过外部调节引线跟踪 5V 待机输出,可提供 250mA 负载,典型漏电压为 400mV。逻辑电平 ENABLEbar 引线用于控制此跟踪稳压器输出。两个输出均具有针对过电压、短路、逆向电池和超温情况的保护。CS8361 的耐用性和低静止电流使其不但适用于汽车微处理器应用,而且适用于任何电池供电微处理器应用。
