FAN5361 是一款 600mA 或 750mA 步降开关稳压器,基于 2.3V 至 5.5V 的输入电压提供固定输出。FAN5361 采用具有同步整流的专属架构,能够提供 92% 的峰值能效,同时在低至 1mA 的负载电流下仍能保持 80% 以上的能效。该稳压器的标称固定运行频率为 6MHz,可将输出电感器的外部组件值降至 470nH,将输出电容器的外部组件值降至 4.7µF。PWM 调制器可以同步到外部频率源。在中等和轻型负载条件下,使用脉频调制以节能模式运行该器件,且典型静态电流为 35µA。即使在如此低的静态电流下,该零部件在大负载摆动下仍表现出优异的瞬变响应。在更高负载时,该系统会自动切换为固定频率控制,在 6MHz 下运行。在关断模式下,电源电流降至 1 µA 以下,减少了功耗。对于要求最小纹波或固定频率的应用,可以使用 MODE 引脚禁用 PFM 模式。FAN5361 采用 6 凸块 0.4 mm 间距晶片级芯片封装 (WLCSP) 和 6 引线 2x2 mm 超薄 MLP 封装。
