概览

FAN7083_GF085 是带重置输入的高压侧门极驱动集成电路。它适用于最高在 600V 下运行的 MOSFET 或 IGBT 的高压和高速驱动。安森美半导体的高压工艺和共模干扰抑制技术为高压侧驱动器在高 dv/dt 干扰环境下提供稳定运行。先进的电平转换电路可针对 VBS = 15V 允许最高 VS = -5 V（典型值）的高压侧门极驱动器运行。逻辑输入与标准 CMOS 输出兼容。当 VCC 和 VBS 低于指定阈值电压时，UVLO 电路可防止发生故障。其采用节省空间的 SOIC-8 封装。输出驱动器的最小源、汲电流功能分别为 200mA 和 400mA，适用于磁和压电式喷油器，以及通用的基于 MOSFET/IGBT 的高压侧驱动器应用。
