FOD8163 系列是一款 3.3 V/5 V 高速逻辑门极光耦合器,具有开路集电极输出,支持隔离式通信,使得数字信号能够在系统之间进行通信,而无需导通接地回路或危险电压。FOD8163 系列利用拉伸体封装实现了 8 mm 的漏电和间距 (FOD8163T) 以及优化的集成电路设计,从而实现可靠的高隔离电压和高抗扰性。FOD8163 系列由砷化铝镓 (AlGaAs) 发光二极管和集成的高速光电检测器组成。该检测集成电路的输出是一款开路集电极肖特基箝位晶体管。其电气和开关特性在 -40°C 至 100°C 的扩展工业温度范围和 3 V 至 5.5 V 的 VCC 范围内得以保证。
