概览
FOD8320 是一款 2.5A 输出电流门极驱动光耦合器，能够驱动中等功率 IGBT/MOSFET。它适用于电机控制逆变器应用和高性能电源系统中使用的功率 IGBT 和 MOSFET 的快速开关驱动。它利用安森美半导体的 Optoplanar® 共面封装封装技术和优化的集成电路设计，可实现可靠的高绝缘电压和高抗扰性。它包含一个与集成电路进行光耦合的镓铝砷 (AlGaAs) 红外发光二极管 (LED) 组成，该集成电路带有用于推拉 MOSFET 输出级的高速驱动器。该器件采用宽体，5 引脚，小外形塑料封装。

■ 扩展工业温度范围： -40V至100°C
■ 安全和法规认证： - UL1577，5,000 VRMS持续1分钟
- DIN EN/IEC60747-5-2（待审批）
