概览

FPF2195 负载开关对可能遇到大电流情况的系统和负载提供完全保护。这些器件包含一个 55mΩ 电流限制 P 沟道 MOSFET，可在 1.8 - 5.5V 的输入电压范围内运行。当 MOSFET 关断，输出电压高于输入电压时，将在内部防止电流流动。开关控制由能够直接接口低电压控制信号的逻辑输入 (ON) 完成。每个零件均包含高温关断保护，当连续过电流状态导致过热时将关断开关以防对零件造成损坏。当开关电流达到电流限制时，这些零件则以恒定电流模式运行，以防止过大电流导致损坏。FPF2195 在电流限制故障之后不会关断，而是无限期保持恒定电流模式。最小电流限制为 100mA。这些零件采用节省空间的六球型 1 x 1.5mm WLCSP 先进封装。
