概览

FSA550 是一款高性能四刀单掷 (4PST)，常闭耗尽模式隔离开关。耗尽模式技术使得该器件能够在无 VCC 时导通信号，在存在 VCC 时隔离信号。FSA550 在较宽 VCC 范围内运行，可实现设计灵活性。另外，存在 VCC 时，选择引脚使得内部振荡器频率能够在 500 kHz 和 750 kHz 之间以 75 kHz 步进进行调节。此功能用于偏移电池干扰 (EMI) 特征，满足客户规范要求。
