概览
MC100EL91 是一个三 PECL 输入 - ECL 输出转换器。该器件接受标准和低电压差分 PECL 信号（具体由 VCC 决定），并将其转换为差分 -5 V ECL 输出信号。（对于到 -3.3 V ECL 输出的转换，参见 MC100LVEL91。）要实现电平转换，EL91 需要三个电源轨。VCC 电源应联接正向电源，VEE 引脚应联接负向电源。GND 引脚应联接系统接地平面。VEE 和 VCC 应通过 0.01 µF 电容器旁通接地。在开路输入条件下，Dbar 输入将在 VCC/2 处偏置，D 输入将拉至接地。这种情况将强制 Q 输出进入低电平，确保稳定性。仅为此器件提供 VBB 引脚，即内部产生的供应电压。对于单端输入的情况，将未使用的差分输入联接至 VBB，作为开关参考电压。VBB 还可将 AC 耦合输入重偏置。使用时，通过 0.01 µF 电容器对 VBB 和 VCC 进行去耦合，并将源/汲电流限制为 0.5 mA。不使用时，VBB 应保持开路。
