概览

MC14028B 解码器的构建方式使得四输入上的 8421 BCD 编码能够提供十进制（十分之一）解码输出，3 位二进制输入则提供解码的八进制（百分之一）代码输出且 D 强制为逻辑“0”。通过使用其他 MC14028B 期间可以实现二进制-十六进制（16 分之一）等扩展解码。该零部件用于编码转换、地址解码、内存选择控制、多路解编或读数解码。

  • Capable of Driving Two Low-power TTL Loads or One Low-power Schottky TTL Load Over the Rated Temperature Range

  • Similar to CD4028B.
