概览
MC14504B 是一款使用 CMOS 工艺的六路非反相电平转换器。该电平转换器会针对 5 到 15 V 之间的任何 CMOS 电源电压，将 TTL 信号转换为 CMOS 逻辑电平。控制输入还允许从一个逻辑电平处的 CMOS 接口另一个逻辑电平的 CMOS： 通过选择电源电平 VDD 和 VCC 将实现向上或向下电平转换。VCC 电平设置输入信号电平，而 VDD 选择输出电压水平。
- UP Translates from a Low to a High Voltage or DOWN Translates from a High to a Low Voltage
- Input Threshold Can Be Shifted for TTL Compatibility

- 3 to 18 Vdc Operation for VDD and VCC
- Diode Protected Inputs to VSS
- Capable of Driving Two Low-Power TTL Loads or One Low-Power Schottky TTL Load Over the Rated Temperature Range
