概览

MC74LCX125 是一款高性能四路非反向缓冲器，运行电压为 2.3 V 到 3.6V。高阻抗 TTL 兼容输入显著减少了输入驱动器的电流负载，而 TTL 兼容输出则提高了开关噪音性能。5.5V 的 VI 规格使得 MC74LCX125 输入能够基于 5V 器件进行安全驱动。MC74LCX125 适用于内存地址驱动和所有 TTL 级总线导向收发器应用。输出处的电流驱动能力为 24mA。输出启用 (OEbar) 输入如果为高电平则会将输出置于高电平 Z 状态，从而将其禁用。
