NB4N507A 是一款精确时钟合成器,可生成极低抖动差分 PECL 输出时钟。它基于输入参考频率的整数倍生成时钟输出。NB4N507A 使用相位锁定环路 (PLL) 技术,接受标准基础模式晶体,将产生高达 200 MHz 的输出时钟。另外,PLL 电路将生成 50% 占空比方形时钟输出。NB4N507A 可进行编程,以生成输入参考频率的某些倍数。可以基于 19.44 MHz 晶体和 x8 倍数选项生成精确的 155.52 MHz 输出时钟。NB4N507A 适用于低输出抖动时钟生成。
