NB7V72M 是一款高带宽、低电压、全差分 2 x 2 交点开关,带 CML 输出。NB7V72M 设计针对低输出歪曲率和最小抖动而优化,会产生两个相同的时钟或数据副本,运行速度分别高达 5 GHz 或 6.5 Gb/s。因此,NB7V72M 适用于 SONET、GigE、光纤信道、背面电极和其他时钟/数据分发应用。差分 IN/IN 输入包含内部 50 Ω 端接电阻,并接受 LVPECL、CML 或 LVDS 逻辑电平。16 mA 差分 CML 输出提供匹配的内部 50 Ω 端接,当 50 Ω 电阻外部端接到 VCC 时,则产生 400 mV 输出摆幅。NB7V72M 是 NB7L72M 的 1.8 V/2.5 V CML 版本,采用小巧的 3mm x 3 mm 16 引脚 QFN 封装。
