NB7VQ1006M 是一款高性能均衡器接收器(信号增强器),使用 1.8 V 或 2.5 V 电源时的最高运行速度达 10 Gbps/7.5 GHz。串联置于数据/时钟路径中时,该接收器将增强 FR4 底板或电缆互联中传输的降级信号,并输出输入信号的六个相同的 CML 副本。均衡器启用引脚 (EQEN) 允许 IN/IN 输入流经或旁通均衡器分区。通过设置 EQEN 可以控制均衡器功能。当 EQEN 设置为低电平时,IN/IN 输入旁通该均衡器。当 EQEN 设置为高电平时,IN/IN 输入流经该均衡器。启动时的默认状态为低电平。差分数据/时钟输入在 100 Ω 中心抽头配置中,通过 VT 引脚结合了一对内部 50 Ω 端接电阻,并接受 LVPECL、CML 或 LVDS 逻辑电平。此特性在接收器端提供片上传输线路端接,无需外部组件。NB7VQ1006M 属于一款 PEEQ GigaComm™ 系列高性能数据/时钟产品。
