Linear Regulators (LDO) | NCP103
概览
NCP103 是 150 mA LDO，为工程师提供了非常稳定、准确的电压，且噪音很低，适用于空间受限的噪音敏感性应用。为了优化电池供电便携式应用的性能，NCP103 采用了动态静态电流调节，在无负载条件下具有极低 IQ 耗量。
