NCP1129 提供了构建可靠紧凑的 AC-DC 开关电源所需的一切功能,且周边元件极少。使用 NCP1129 构建的转换器结合了雪崩额定电压为 650 V 的 MOSFET,可以针对国际条件进行安全设计,而不会危害总体可靠性。NCP1129 实施了峰值电流模式控制和可调斜坡补偿,可确保连续导通模式 (CCM) 运行下的稳定性。最大峰值电流可使用外部电阻调节,使得设计人员能够增加斜坡补偿来稳定 CCM 电源。短路故障条件从辅助绕组电压进行独立检测,因此可使用真正的过载检测改善短路保护。源引脚提供对于 MOSFET 源的访问,实现过功率补偿。该开关供电范围高达 26 V,还提供带抖动的 65 kHz 或 100 kHz 开关频率,在峰值电流模式控制下运行。当辅助侧功率开始降低时,该开关将其开关频率自动折回至最低 26 kHz 的水平。当功率进一步下降时,该零部件进入跳过周期,同时对峰值电流进行限制。
