概览
NCP1254 是一款高度集成的 PWM 控制器，采用极小型 TSOP-6 封装，能够提供耐用的高性能离线电源。该控制器供电范围高达 35 V，具有带抖动的 65 kHz 开关电路，在峰值电流模式控制下运行。当辅助侧功率开始降低时，该控制器将其开关频率自动折回至最低 26 kHz 的水平。当功率进一步下降时，该零部件进入跳过周期，同时冻结峰值电流设定点。 为了帮助构建耐用的转换器，该控制器具有若干重要保护特性：与输入电压无关的恒定最大输出电流的无耗散超功率保护，两个锁存的过压保护输入 - 通过专用引脚，或通过 Vcc 输入和双电平自动恢复/锁存的过载/短路定时器实现。 控制器架构设计用于在电流设定值达到极限时允许瞬变峰值功率偏移。此时，开关频率从 65 kHz 增加到 130 kHz，直到峰值事件消失。然后，当转换器越过峰值功率偏移模式（长）或发生短路（短）时，对计时器持续时间进行调制。
