Offline Controllers | NCP1256
概览
NCP1256 包括构建几瓦到几十瓦成本高效开关模式电源所需的一切功能。该零件采用微型 TSOP-6 封装，供电范围高达 30 V，具有带抖动的 65 kHz 或 100 kHz 开关电路，在峰值电流模式控制下运行。当辅助侧功率开始降低时，该控制器将其开关频率自动折回至最低 26 kHz 的水平。当功率进一步下降时，该零部件进入跳过周期，同时对峰值电流进行限制。 NCP1256 带有若干保护功能，如基于计时器的短路保护、无损耗 OPP 和易于调节的欠电压 (BO) 引脚。提供了两个输入，以可行方式锁存关断该零件，例如使用 OVP 和 OTP 事件。有若干选项用来选择锁存或自动恢复。
