概览
NCP1529 步降 DC-DC 转换器是一款单片集成电路，用于使用一个锂电池或三个碱性/镍镉/镍氢电池供电的便携式应用。该器件能够提供基于 0.9 V 至 3.9 V 可外部调节输出范围，或者 1.2 V 或 1.35 V 固定输出范围提供最高 1.0 A 的电流。它使用同步整流来提高能效和减少外部零部件数量。该器件还具有内置的 1.7 MHz（标称）振荡器，允许使用较小的感应器和电容器，从而减小部件尺寸。自动开关 PWM/PFM 模式提高了系统能效。其他功能包括集成的软启动、按周期电流限制和高温关断保护等。NCP1529 采用节省空间的小型 2x2x0.5 mm UDFN6 封装和 TSOP-5 封装。
