概览
NCP1571 是一款低电压降压控制器。它为 DC–DC 电源方案提供控制，可基于较宽电流范围产生低至 0.980 V 的输出电压。基于 NCP1571 的方案基于 12 V 电压供电，输出派生自 2-7 V 电源。它包含使用 V2 控制方法的同步 NFET 降压稳压器所需的所有电路，可实现最快的瞬变响应和最佳总体调节。NCP1571 基于固定的内部 200 kHz 频率运行，采用 SO–8 封装。此器件提供欠压锁定保护、软启动、带延迟的电源正常检测和内置的自适应非覆盖特性。欠压锁定期间，NCP1571 控制器允许电源输出下移，为负载留出关断时间。这是 NCP1571 区别于该系列其他零件的运行特点。
