概览

NCP1910 采用 SO-24WB 封装，结合了一个用于为下一代 ATX 或平板电视转换器供电的先进电路。NCP1910 具有 65 kHz 连续导通模式功率因数控制器和承载高电压驱动器的 LLC 控制器，可为 85 种以上的离线电源供电。为了满足严格的能效要求，该 PFC 电路实施了可调频率折回，以便在负载变轻时降低开关损耗。为了应对 ATX 或平板电视规范要求的信号序列，该控制器包括了若干专用引脚，可实现辅助侧和初级侧之间的握手。这些信号包括电源正常线路，还包括通过光耦合器来开关控制器的控制引脚。安全起见，有另外一个 OVP 输入在主反馈网络发生漂移时提供必要的冗余性。最后，快速故障输入可在发生过电流情况下，通过触发自动恢复软启动序列立即做出反应。
