此组合集成电路将为适配器应用实施一个紧凑、高能效的开关模式电源所需的功率因数校正 (PFC) 和准谐振反激功能进行集成。该 PFC 级以最大频率箝位在临界导通模式 (CrM) 下运行时表现为接近一致的功率因数。 该电路结合了构建一个坚固紧凑的 PFC 级所需的所有必要功能,同时最大程度减少了外部组件的数量。该准谐振电流模式反激级具有一个专属的谷锁闭电路,可确保稳定的谷切换。 该系统可在低至第 4 谷运行,对于超过第 4 谷的最小频率箝位则切换到频率折回模式,消除了噪声。跳过模式运行可在轻型负载条件下实现卓越能效,同时具有极低的待机功耗。
