NCP585 低漏 (LDO) 线性稳压器适用于便携式电池供电应用,此类应用中需要精确的输出电压准确度、低电源电流和高波纹抑制。此类器件具有启用功能,可明显降低电流耗量,采用 SOT23-5 和 HSON-6 封装。此系列器件具有三种模式。芯片启用(CE 模式),快速瞬变模式(FT 模式)和低功耗模式(LP 模式)。FT 和 LP 模式通过 ECO 引脚使用。

  • Low Dropout Voltage of 480 mV at 300 mA, Output Voltage = 1.0 V; 310 mV at 300 mA, Output Voltage = 1.5 V; 230 mV at 300 mA, Output Voltage = 3.0 V
  • Excellent Line and Load Regulation
  • High Output Voltage Accuracy of 2% (3% LP mode)
  • UltraLow Supply Current of:3.5 uA (LP mode, Output Voltage < 1.6 V)80 uA (FT mode, Output Voltage < 1.8 V)60 uA (FT mode, Output Voltage 1.8 V)
  • Excellent Power Supply Rejection Ratio of 65 dB
  • Output Voltage Options: 0.9, 1.2, 1.25, 1.5, 1.8, 2.5 and 2.8 V
  • Low Temperature Drift Coefficient on the Output Voltage
  • Low Quiescent of 0.1 uA
  • Fold Back Protection Circuit
