概览

NCP5901 是一款高性能双 MOSFET 驱动器，经过优化，可驱动同步降压转换器的高压侧和低压侧电源 MOSFET 门极。它能够驱动高达 3.0 nF 的负载，传播延迟为 25 ns，转换时间为 30 ns。自适应防交叉导通和节电运行电路可为笔记本电脑和台式机系统提供低开关损耗和高能效方案。在 OVP 下检测到门极驱动器故障、发生 UVLO 时，双向 EN 引脚能够向控制器提供故障信号。另外，当电源电压低时，欠压锁定功能保证了输出为低电平。
