NCS2007x 系列运算放大器提供了轨对轨输出运行、3 MHz 带宽,提供单路、双路和四路配置。轨对轨运行让用户能够充分利用整个电源电压范围,同时利用 3 MHz 带宽。NCS2007x 可基于低至 2.7 V 的电源电压,-40°C 至 125°C 温度范围运行。在 2.7 V 电源电压下,高带宽提供了 2.8 V/µs 的摆率,而每个沟道仅消耗 405 µA 的静止电流。该宽电源电压范围让 NCS2007x 能够基于高达 36 V 的电源电压范围下运行,因此适用于多种应用。因为这是一款 CMOS 器件,所以其高输入阻抗和低偏置电流使其适用于连接多种信号传感器。NCS2007x 器件采用多种紧凑封装。汽车认证选件带 NCV 前缀。
