NCS2009 系列运算放大器采用轨对轨输入和输出运行,带宽 350 kHz,提供单路、双路和四路配置。轨对轨运行让设计人员能够充分利用整个电源电压范围,同时利用 350 kHz 带宽。NCS2009 电源电压运行范围为 1.8 至 5.5 V,温度范围为 −40 至 125°C。在 1.8 V 电源电压下,此器件的摆率为 0.15 V/µs,而每个沟道仅消耗 20 µA 的静态电流。因为这是一款 CMOS 器件,所以其高输入阻抗和低偏置电流使其适用于连接多种信号传感器。NCS2009 采用各种紧凑型封装。
