概览
NCV8161 是一款线性稳压器，能够提供 450 mA 输出电流。NCV8161 器件专用于满足射频和模拟电路要求，提供了低噪音、高 PSRR、低静止电流和非常好的负载/线路瞬变。该器件设计使用 1µF 输入和 1µF 输出陶瓷电容器。它采用 TSOP-5 和 XDFN−4 0.65P，1 mm x 1 mm 封装。
