NCV8504 是精密微功率稳压器系列,具有 400mA 的输出电流能力。该系列具有可调节的输出电压选项 2.5 V、3.3 V 和 5.0 V,精度在 ±2.0% 范围内。满负载时最大漏电压达到 0.6 V。其中一个特点是低静态电流,100 mA 负载时仅为 90 µA。该零部件适用于所有电池供电微处理器设备。微处理器控制逻辑包括有效重置(带延迟)。有效重置电路可在低至 1.0 V 的输出电压下正常运行。可将外部电阻分压器联接至 RADJ 引线,从而降低重置阈值电压。通用比较器(FLAG / 监控器)引用到温度稳定电压,并在其集电极开路输出提供 1 mA 的驱动电流。其可用于向微处理器提供潜在的即将出现的重置信号的预警信号,从而在重置功能关闭微处理器之前,微处理器就可完成任何信号处理。该稳压器具有防止逆向电池,短路和高温过载保护功能。此器件可承受负载突降瞬变,适用于汽车环境。
