NCV97311A 是一款 3 输出稳压器,由低 Iq 电池联接的 3 A,2 MHz 非同步开关,以及两个低电压 1.5 A,2 MHz 同步开关组成;全部使用集成功率晶体管。该高电压开关能够以 2 MHz 开关频率将 4.1 V 至 18 V 电池输入转换为 5 V 或 3.3 V 输出,并提供最高 3 A 的电流。在最高 37 V 的过电压条件下,开关频率折回到 1 MHz;在最高 45 V 的负载转储条件下,稳压器关断。电池联接降压稳压器的输出充当两个下游同步开关的低电压输入。每个下游输出均可在 1.2 V 至 3.3 V 范围内调节,平均电流限值为 1.5 A,很定开关频率为 2 MHz。每个开关均具有独立的启用和重置引脚,提供了更多功率管理灵活性。对于低 Iq 运行模式,这些低电压开关将禁用,待机轨由低 Iq LDO 供电(最高 150 mA),典型 Iq 为 30 uA。LDO 稳压器与高电压开关并联,在开关强制进入待机模式时被激活。所有 3 个 SMPS 输出均使用带内部斜率补偿的峰值电流模式控制、内部设置的软启动、电池欠压锁定、电池过电压保护、按周期的电流限制、间歇模式短路保护和高温关断。提供错误标志进行诊断。
