概览

NLAS4051 是 MC14051 和 MC74HC4051 的改善版本,采用亚微米硅门极 CMOS 工艺,导通电阻 RDS(on) 更低,低电流时的线性提高。此器件可以单电源或高达 +/- 3V 的双电源运行,可传递 6 VPP 信号而不用耦合电容器。在单电源模式下运行时,仅需将 VEE,即引脚 7 接地。对于双电源运行,VEE 连接负电压,是为了不超过最大额定值。
