TL494 PWM控制器具有在单芯片上构建脉宽调制(PWM)控制电路的所有功能。主要用于电源控制,同时兼具为具体应用自定义电源控制电路的灵活度。
TL494 PWM控制器包含两个误差放大器,一个片上可调振荡器,一个死区时间控制(DTC)比较器,一个脉冲转向控制触发器,一个5V、5% 精度稳压器以及多个输出控制电路。
误差放大器的共模电压范围为-0.3V至VCC-2V。死区时间控制比较器具有固定失调值,提供约5%死区时间。片上振荡器可以通过将 RT 端接到基准输出端、并向CT提供锯齿输入来旁路掉,另外它也可以驱动同步多轨电源中的公共电路。
非限定的输出晶体管可提供共发射极或射极跟随器输出功能。这款PWM控制器提供推挽或单端输出运行模式,可通过输出控制功能进行选择。这款器件的架构杜绝了在推挽运行期间任一输出发生两次脉冲的可能性。
TL494C PWM 控制器可在0℃至70℃的范围内运行。TL494I可在-40℃至85℃的范围内运行。TL494B可在-40℃至125℃的范围内运行。NCV494B可在-40℃至125℃的范围内运行,且通过了汽车应用标准认证。
