概览

The FSA4485 is a high performance USB−C™ port multimedia switch to supports analog audio headsets. The FSA4485 allows sharing of the USB−C™ port to pass USB2.0 signals, analog audio, sideband use signals, and analog microphone signal. For enhanced audio performance the FSA4485 incorporates MOSFET gate drivers to support low resistance external analog ground switches. The FSA4485 features Over Voltage Protection on all connector facingpins as well as Over Current Protection for the analog ground switch.

  • Two I2C Addresses with 1.2V Interface Capablility
  • Programmable Gate Drive for Optional External SBUx to AGND Switch
  • Moisture/Resistance Detection on DP_R, DN_L and SBUx
  • Analog Audio Device Unplug Detection
  • Optional Normally Closed Configuration for SBU Data Switch to Support Factory Test
