Voltage References | TLV431
概览
TLV431 系列零部件为精确低电压分路稳压器，可基于 1.24V 至 16V 的宽电压范围进行编程。 TLV431A 系列在 25 °C 下的保证参考精度为 1.0%，在 -40 °C 至 85 °C 的完整工业温度范围内精度为 2.0%。 对于 TLV431B 系列，精度分别为 0.5% 和 1.0%。 对于 TLV431C 系列，精度分别为 0.2% 和 0.5%。 此类器件具有明确的低电流开启特性，在 100mA 至 20mA 的运行电流范围内的动态阻抗低至 0.20 W。 此功能组合使得此系列可完美替代需要精确参考电压的多种应用电路中的齐纳二极管。 结合使用光耦合器时，TLV431 可用作误差放大器，用于控制隔离低输出电压（3.0V 至 3.3V）开关电源中的反馈环路。 此类器件采用经济型 TO-92 和微型尺寸 TSOP-5 和 SOT23-3 封装。
