VHC138 是一种先进的高速 CMOS 3-8 解码器/信号分离器,采用硅门极 CMOS 工艺制造。它能实现与同等双极肖特基 TTL 相似的高速运行,同时还能保持 CMOS 低功耗。启用该器件时,3 个二进制选择输入(A0、A1 和 A2)决定了哪个输出 (O#0-O#7) 将转至低电平。启用输入 E3 保持在低电平,或者 E#1 或 E#2 保持在高电平时,解码功能将抑制,所有输出均转至高电平。E3、E#1 和 E#2 输入是为了简化级联联接,用作内存系统的地址解码器。输入保护电路可确保对输入引脚应用 0V 到 7V 电压而无需考虑电源电压。此器件可用于将 5V 系统与 3V 系统以及两种电源系统的接口,如备用电池。此电路可防止器件由于不匹配的供电和输入电压而损坏。
