FPF2595 先进负载管理开关适用于需要高度集成解决方案的应用。其严格的关断状态电流目标值和高负载电容(<100 µF) 能够断开从直流电源轨 (<6 V) 供电的负载。FPF2595包括一个转换速率可控的低阻抗MOSFET开关(典型值35 mΏ),具有集成模拟特性。转换速率控制开通能够预防涌入电流以及在电源轨上产生过大压降。FPF2595具备过压保护和高温保护功能。
FPF2595具有真反向电流阻断(TRCB)功能,可在开/关状态下阻隔不需要的反向电流从 VOUT 流向VIN。关断状态下优秀的低电流漏极(最大值<2 µA)符合待机功耗要求。输入电压范围为2.5V至5.5VDC,可支持消费品、光学、医学、存储、移动和工业设备电源管理等多种应用。开关通过逻辑输入(有效高电平)控制,能够直接与低压控制信号/通用输入/输出(GPIO)接口,无需外部下拉电阻。
器件封装技术先进,完全满足“绿色”合规要求,采用1.3 mm x 1.8 mm 晶圆级芯片封装(WLCSP) 。
