概览
MC34025 系列为高速、固定频率、双端脉宽调制器控制器，适用于高频运行。此类器件专门针对离线和 DC-DC 转换器应用而设计，为设计人员提供了外部部件极少的成本高效方案。此类集成电路具有振荡器、温度补偿参考、宽带宽误差放大器、高速电流传感比较器、转向触发器和双高电流图腾柱输出，适用于驱动功率 MOSFET。还包括了保护功能，包括输入和参考欠压锁定且全部带有迟滞、按周期电流限制和用于单脉冲计量的锁存。此系列的灵活性使其能够针对电流模式或电压模式控制轻松配置。

- Precision Trimmed Oscillator
- Voltage or Current Mode Operation to 1.0 MHz
- Functionally Similar to the UC3825 Simplified
