MC33178/9 系列是一系列优质单片运算放大器,采用具有创新高性能概念的双极技术,适用于优质音频和数据信号处理应用。此器件系列集成了高频率 PNP 输入晶体管的使用,可产生具有低输入偏移电压、低噪声和低失真的放大器。另外,该放大器提供了高输出电流驱动功能,且每个放大器仅使用 420µA 漏极电流。使用的 NPN 输出级无死区交越失真,具有大输出电压摆幅、卓越相位和增益裕量、低开环高频输出阻抗以及对称源/汲交流频率性能。MC33178/9 系列提供双路和四路放大器版本,基于车辆温度范围测试,采用 DIP 和 SOIC 封装。
